Hiring: Senior Lead Qualification Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and qualify inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, ads, and live chat.
• Manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle end-to-end sales activities and lead management.
• Maintain CRM records and daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Experience in end-to-end sales and lead management
Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills
