Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design project execution, ensure quality standards, and complete work within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material usage, quality, and site progress.
- Maintain project timelines and report updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.

Requirements

- Experience in interior fit-outs and site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and execution processes.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: As per company requirements.
