PJob Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with 3 years of experience in Order Management and Customer Support. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer inquiries, managing orders, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Experience using Salesforce CRM and working in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries related to:

- Order status updates
- Order tracking and shipment details

- Expedite requests

- Pricing inquiries
- Delivery-related requests
- Documentation requests (Invoices, PODs, Shipping Documents, etc.)
- Process and manage customer orders accurately in ERP/Order Management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Planning, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor order lifecycle from order entry through fulfillment and delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while meeting service level expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Follow up proactively with customers on open orders and pending requests.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.





Required Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Order Management roles.
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order Management processes.
- Experience in handling customer requests related to order status, expedites, pricing, delivery, and documentation.
- Knowledge of order processing, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-resolution skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.
