Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Products with 12–18 years of experience in product development, product management, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong product ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive product development from concept to delivery. The candidate must work closely with engineering, business, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage execution, and ensure successful product delivery.

The role requires a combination of product vision, technical understanding, stakeholder management, planning, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into product specifications, functional requirements, and development plans.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of product features.
- Monitor product development progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, risks, and challenges.
- Define product goals, priorities, and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, technical implementation,



and business outcomes.
- Identify risks and challenges during product development and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive collaboration across teams to ensure product quality and successful releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12–18 years of experience in product development, product management, or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product development methodologies.
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Robust technical understanding of software development and engineering processes.
- Experience working with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to define product requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing product priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Ability to drive product delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
