Responsibilities of Manager Chambers

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, and Security of the Chambers.

- Maintain quality standards, manage department budgets, and train staff of the Chambers.

1. Supervise daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Services to ensure a seamless experience.

2. Monitor guest feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards, handle high-level complaints, and ensure VIPs receive proper treatment.

3. Train staff members and contract workers to maintain high performance and ensure compliance with Club Standards.

4. Inventory & Asset Management: Ensure proper control of stores, supplies, and guest room amenities.

5. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures including reservations and financial transactions, ensuring smooth handling without delays or inconvenience to guests.

Make room reservations from member requests (via mail or app), collect advance payments before booking, and ensure proper check-in/check-out.

7. Conduct regular inspections of all rooms in the Chambers.

8. Record details of all foreign visitors (passport, visa, address, etc.) and send online reports as per format to the Immigration Department.

9. General reports & Sales report to be sent to the Member I/C (M.I.C) Chambers / Exe. Secretary/Manager (HR & IR).

10. Maintain cleanliness standards, drive guest loyalty, and ensure effective functioning of all areas of the Chambers.

11. Weekly duty schedule: Shift timing from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; weekly off on Tuesday.

12. In addition to the above, you will perform duties as assigned by Management.
