Key Responsibilities

- Develop, debug and deploy LabVIEW applications for automated test benches, data acquisition, monitoring and special-purpose machines.

- Build applications using standard architectures such as state machines, producer/consumer and queued message handlers.

- Interface LabVIEW with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi MELSEC) via OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP/RTU and Ethernet/IP.

- Integrate hardware such as NI DAQ, cRIO/PXI, cameras, barcode/QR scanners, fingerprint modules, serial-to-Ethernet modules and other instruments over RS-232/485, TCP/IP and USB.

- Implement machine vision and inspection routines using NI Vision, where applicable.

- Log data to databases (SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite) and generate test reports in Excel, PDF or other formats, including traceability records.

- Create operator-friendly HMIs with login/role management, recipe handling and alarm/event logging.

- Carry out FAT/SAT, commissioning and in office troubleshooting at client locations.

- Prepare documentation: functional specifications, user manuals, wiring and communication details, and test reports.

- Maintain code under version control and follow modular, reusable coding practices.
