Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Instructor who can conduct engaging technical demo classes for students visiting our offline training center and deliver practical training to enrolled students.

The primary responsibility is to conduct effective demo classes, ensure students understand the concepts and are satisfied with the session, and support the admissions team in converting walk-in enquiries into enrollments.

After regular batches commence, the instructor will conduct daily technical classes, provide hands-on coding guidance, and help students build practical Java Full Stack development skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Demo Classes & Enrollment Support Primary Responsibility

- Conduct effective Java Full Stack demo classes for students visiting the office.
- Explain the curriculum, technologies covered, practical learning approach, and expected outcomes.
- Demonstrate programming concepts through live coding and practical examples.
- Understand students' educational and technical backgrounds.
- Clarify student doubts and ensure an informative, engaging demo experience.
- Build student confidence through clear explanations and practical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselor and Admissions Team after each demo.
- Support walk-in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion by demonstrating the quality of the training program.

2. Daily Classroom Training

- Conduct daily technical classes after batches commence.
- Teach Java Full Stack Development from programming fundamentals to advanced concepts.
- Deliver live coding sessions, practical exercises, and assignments.




- Explain complex concepts in a straightforward and structured manner.
- Resolve technical doubts and monitor student progress.
- Guide students through mini-projects and major full stack applications.

3. Technical Training Responsibilities

- Teach Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development fundamentals.
- Teach backend development using Spring and Spring Boot.
- Cover SQL, database connectivity, REST APIs, and Git/GitHub.
- Guide students in application development, debugging, and testing.
- Cover AI integration concepts where included in the assigned curriculum.
- Support technical assessments and interview preparation.

4. Student Coordination

- Maintain attendance, assignments, and project progress records.
- Encourage students to participate in coding exercises and discussions.
- Identify students who require additional technical support.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager, Academic Counselors, and management team.
- Provide feedback on student performance and learning progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of Java Full Stack Development.
- Minimum 2 years of student training experience mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Strong Java programming and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical knowledge of backend development, databases, and frontend technologies.
- Ability to conduct effective technical demo classes.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and immediate availability to join.

Working Hours & Schedule

Initial Phase Before Batch Commencement

- Office timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Focus on walk-in demo classes, technical demonstrations, curriculum preparation, and training-center readiness.

After Batch Commencement

- Office timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Conduct daily classes according to the assigned batch timetable.
- Continue supporting demo classes for prospective students as scheduled.

Expected Batch Commencement: Within approximately 2 months. Immediate joining is required.

- Student learning progress and project completion.
- Punctuality and coordination with the team.
