About the Role

Vertedge Business Solution is looking for experienced and target-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound calls, and supporting the sales team in business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Make outbound calls and effectively communicate company services.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.




- Maintain and update CRM/lead databases regularly.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle B2B conversations professionally.
- Candidates with proven lead-generation or sales experience will be preferred.
