Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to close IT positions within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess technical skills, communication, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer release and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Positive understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to work from the Chennai office five days a week.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates who are target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
