Job Title: Internal Audit

Location : Suraram

Core Responsibilities:

Financial & Revenue Cycle Audits:

- Review Outpatient (OPD) Fand Inpatient (IPD) billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology revenue streams.
- Audit cash handling, collection processes, bank reconciliations, discounts, concessions, cancellations, and refunds.
- Identify revenue leakage, duplicate claims, and unusual or unsupported transactions.

Inventory & Asset Management:

- Audit pharmacy stocks, medical stores, and consumables by matching physical stock counts against system records.
- Monitor near-expiry, slow-moving, or expired inventory and review procurement-to-consumption workflows.
- Verify fixed assets and track unauthorized movement or improper utilization

Verify salaries, overtime, night shifts, weekend and holiday allowances, and special payments. Attendance Verification: Check biometric attendance, timesheets,



and department approvals against salary payments.

Deduction Verification: Check salary deductions for insurance, PF, taxes, and other benefits to ensure correct payments.

Educational Qualification / Experience Level :

- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Auditing (e.g., M.Com, MBA Finance).
- Experience: Generally 2 to 6+ years of experience in internal auditing, finance, or a dedicated healthcare/hospital environment.
- Skills: Solid analytical mindset, proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) / ERP tools, data analytics capabilities, and high ethical integrity.
