Position: IT Recruiter – Domestic Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in domestic IT staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and ensure successful candidate joining.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.

Required Skills
- Experience in domestic IT staffing and technical recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and job descriptions.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
