- Handle customer calls for US-based debt collection operations.
- Communicate professionally in English with strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Follow collection procedures, calling protocols, and company policies.
- Demonstrate good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is preferred.
- Candidates with International BPO, US Voice Process, Customer Support, or Debt Collection experience will be preferred.
- Must be flexible to work night shifts and adapt to a rapid-paced work environment.
