: Godrej Properties Limited is looking for experienced Finishing Engineers / Finishing Supervisors to oversee and coordinate finishing activities at construction sites. Candidates should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects, with expertise in site supervision, quality control, snagging, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise finishing activities, including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, carpentry, and interior finishing.
- Oversee RCC, brickwork, and other construction-related activities as required.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and final quality checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and ensure proper material management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
- Track project progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure timely completion of work.




- Support flat handover activities and ensure finishing quality meets project requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in snagging, de-snagging, quality inspections, and flat handover is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in RCC, MIVAN, brickwork, and high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
