- Taking handover from Shift technicians

- Taking rounds of facilities periodically and observing issues (if any) rectification of same.

- Reporting safety related observations to operations head and EHS head.

- Operations of Utility equipment based on the Lab and Office User requirement.

- Recording Electricity, Water Consumption, BMS meter details on daily basis.

- Executing the in-house maintenance based on the PPM schedule.

- Supporting for the loading and transfer of ETP water to CETP.

- Attending breakdown maintenance and maintaining complaints register.

- Periodically inspection of Lab and Office infrastructure and rectification (If any)

- Escorting External AMC vendors and ensuring the vendors doing maintenance as per the EHS and Standard maintenance protocols.

- Support in implementation of EHS practices at labs and office.





- Ensure the Availability of work permit before starting of any work.

- Support Operations team during Execution of Infrastructure project, Ensure safety at site

- Receiving materials based on the PO and verifying the quantity.

- Activation and Deactivation of Employees lab and office access based on the request from Manager

- Checking CCTV footage on daily basis.

- Maintaining PPM report, Daily inspection checklist, Calibration report.

- Supervise and guide MSTs during shift operations.

- Operating and maintenance of Scrubber, Blower, Gas Bank, Fume Hood, ETP, Ro Plant, UF Plant, HVAC, Fire Protection system, Rest room sensors, Electrical Panels, DBs, UPS System, Compressor.Role & responsibilities
