Syndication and Banking Operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of loan processing, banking documentation, coordination with banks and financial institutions, and corporate finance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle loan syndication and banking operations.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions and lenders.
- Prepare and manage loan proposals, financial documents and related paperwork.
- Follow up on loan applications, approvals, disbursements and documentation.
- Assist in corporate loan processing and financial coordination.




- Maintain records and ensure timely completion of banking activities.
