- Install and test gold testing machines at customer locations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on machine usage.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
- Provide timely customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel for field visits, installations, and service activities as required.
