- Thorough understanding, knowledge and hands on experience of analysis of PXRD, PSD (Dry and Wet dispersion techniques), DSC and TGA.
- Knowledge about the calibration of PXRD, PSD, DSC and TGA.
- Knowledge of analytical method development and Validation for analysis of PXRD, PSD, DSC and TGA of drug substances according to ICH Guideline.
- Preparation and review of test methods, method development reports, validation protocols and reports, method transfer documents, stability protocols & reports, SOP, CoAs.
- Coordinate with QC for analytical method verification and validation activity as well as report preparation and for specification preparation.
- Knowledge about regulatory guidelines and requirements.
- Knowledge about method transfer activities.
