Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation.
- Perform daily banking operations such as cash management, cross selling, and branch operations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer queries related to accounts and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in cash handling and operations.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com) from any specialization; knowledge of accountancy principles preferred.
- Strong understanding of cash management systems and processes; ability to learn recent software quickly.
