Job Title: Claims Chat Processor MNC | Hyderabad

We are hiring Claims Chat Processors for an MNC in Hyderabad on a 3-Month Contract Project.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

CTC: Up to 22,000 per month

Employment Type: Contract – 3 Months

Interview Drive: Monday

Selection Process: 2 Rounds – Typing Test & Managerial Round

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to healthcare claims through chat.
- Review and process claims-related requests accurately.
- Verify claim details and update information in the system.
- Assist customers with claim status, processing updates, and documentation-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets are met.
- Follow process guidelines and data confidentiality standards.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant chat process experience is mandatory.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply, except B.E./B.Tech graduates.
- Candidates must be willing to work on a 3-month contract project.
