Role & responsibilities
1. Provide back-office support to the field sales team.
2. Search for Market qualified leads, product introduction, appointment booking for field sales team.
3. Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, quotations, and documentation.
4. Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
Preferred candidate profile Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Good teamwork capacity
