Role & Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, unit layouts, and facade studies.

- Prepare architectural drawings including schematic plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.

- Prepare GFC drawings and working drawings as part of the project documentation team.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate architectural requirements into coordinated design outputs.

- Review drawings for compliance with applicable codes and regulations, including building bye-laws, DCR, NBC, and fire safety norms.

- Support material research, documentation, and coordination with procurement and design teams.

- Prepare presentations, 3D views, and mood boards for internal reviews and client meetings.





- Maintain organized records of design documentation, revisions, and architectural data throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- The desirable candidate should have a skilled degree in Architecture B.Arch. or M.Arch (mandatory).

- The desirable candidate should have 2 - 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.

- Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
