We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter to join our service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menu options and take accurate food orders.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, or requests with professionalism.
- Ability to speak and understand Malayalam is mandatory
- Follow all restaurant policies, safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
