Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design solutions aligned with project requirements.

- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations and detailed documentation.

- Coordinate with interior design, project management and procurement teams during project development.

- Ensure architectural designs comply with statutory regulations, codes and building standards.

- Participate in design presentations and project discussions.

- Review design documentation to ensure accuracy, quality and constructability.

- Work closely with consultants including structural, MEP and other technical teams.

- Support project teams during execution and provide architectural guidance when required.

- Conduct site visits whenever instructed by HOD to monitor architectural implementation and resolve technical issues.

- Research materials, technologies and architectural trends relevant to workplace and commercial projects.

- Maintain project documentation, design records and revisions.

- Travel for project meetings, design reviews and site coordination as required.
