Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, courteous, and guest-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at a premier 4-star hotel in Kochi. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly communicate them to the kitchen team.

- Serve meals, beverages, and desserts professionally according to standard 4-star service etiquette.

- Ensure table setups, dining areas, and side stations are clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.

- Handle guest inquiries, orders, and minor issues courteously, escalating complex requests to the supervisor when needed.

- Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining arrangements,



and managing guest billing and payment processing.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B; service department of a reputed hotel or restaurant is preferred; motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-first mindset.

- Professional grooming standards and a positive team player attitude.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience, from freshers to experienced candidates)

- Perks: Free food and accommodation provided

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
