A VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) or VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Technician installs, maintains, and repairs advanced commercial and industrial multi-split air conditioning systems. [1]Core Responsibilities

- Installation and Commissioning: Set up indoor and outdoor units, run refrigeration-grade copper piping, apply nitrogen purging during brazing, and perform pressure testing and deep evacuations. [1]

- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Use multimeters, clamp meters, and manifold gauges to fix mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant circuit issues. [1]

- Maintenance &
- Service:

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance, check gas pressures, clean coils, and inspect compressors. [1]

- Controls &

- Integration:

Work with inverter boards (PCBs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), electronic controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS). [1]

- Documentation: Read electrical schematics, interpret manufacturer manuals, and log service records.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: ITI, Diploma, or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration &
- Air Conditioning (RAC), or Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: Generally 1 to 5 years of hands-on field experience with multi-split VRF/VRV systems.

- Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with major systems such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, or Carrier.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the refrigeration cycle, electrical control wiring, brazing, and safety standards (PPE)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
