Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a data-informed VP of Internal Controls to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-team coordination.
- Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex operational or customer issues.
- Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
- Gather, synthesize, and act upon critical client feedback to improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.
- Excellent de-escalation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated,



progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
