Role Overview: We are actively seeking a strategic VP of Hardware Engineering to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.

Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.

Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.

Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.

Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.





High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).

Highly organized methodology with a robust ability to prioritize effectively.
