Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers in Malayalam and English.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Achieve daily call-handling and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits
