- Present products or services Sales executives should be able to effectively demonstrate and present products or services to clients.

- Negotiate sales Sales executives need to be able to negotiate contracts and packages with clients.

- Maintain customer relationships Sales executives should be able to maintain relationships with customers and follow up on any issues.

- Report on sales performance Sales executives should be able to review sales performance and report on it monthly, quarterly, and annually.

- Attend events Sales executives should attend trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
