Qualification

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Skills

∙ Minimum 3 years of experience in VMC programming.

∙ Strong knowledge of Mastercam/NX CAM software.

∙ Experience in creating and modifying programs using Mastercam/NX CAM.

∙ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

∙ Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and tooling selection.

∙ Ability to optimize machining programs for quality and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

∙ Prepare VMC machining programs using Mastercam/NX CAM software.

∙ Develop and modify CNC programs as per component requirements.





∙ Analyze engineering drawings and machining requirements.

∙ Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce machining time.

∙ Support production and resolve programming-related issues.

∙ Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with solid practical experience in Mastercam/NX CAM programming and VMC machining will be preferred.
