Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute in-store displays, window displays and product presentations.

- Ensure visual merchandising across stores follows Mohanlal Sons’ brand identity and guidelines.

- Style mannequins and coordinate outfits, accessories and product placements.

- Refresh displays for current collections, festivals, wedding season, promotions and other campaigns.

- Work with store teams to maintain display standards, store layout and product visibility.

- Monitor display effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and sales.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of visual merchandising plans.

Who Should Apply?

- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or fashion retail, a good eye for styling and colour
- coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work hands-on with store teams.

Experience in menswear or

- premium fashion retail is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
