Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to handle visa applications, documentation, and client consultations for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures, embassy requirements, and international travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guide clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for various countries.
2. Prepare, verify, and process visa applications and supporting documents.
3. Provide accurate information about tourist, business, student, and other visa categories.
4. Stay updated on embassy regulations, immigration policies, and visa processing requirements.
5. Schedule visa appointments and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centres.
6. Assist clients with document checklists, application forms, interview preparation, and submission procedures.
7. Track application status and keep clients informed about progress and outcomes.

Handle client queries professionally and resolve documentation-related issues.
9. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
10. Coordinate with the travel team for international tour packages and related visa services.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online visa application portals.
- Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of embassy appointment systems and immigration guidelines.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant certification or experience in visa consultancy and travel operations will be an advantage.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA (60,000 per month)
- Salary will depend on experience, expertise, and interview performance.
