Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students, professionals, and other clients through visa application procedures, provide accurate information about visa requirements, and assist with documentation and application preparation.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of visa processes, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding student visas, tourist visas, visitor visas, work visas, and other relevant visa categories.
- Understand clients' requirements, educational backgrounds, travel purposes, and immigration goals.
- Provide accurate information about visa eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.
- Guide students regarding overseas education opportunities and student visa requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application progress and additional documentation.
- Schedule counselling sessions and maintain client records in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Stay updated on visa policies, immigration regulations, and embassy requirements.
- Achieve individual counselling, lead conversion, and sales targets where applicable.




- Maintain skilled relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a relevant qualification in immigration, travel, or overseas education is preferre
- 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling, immigration consultancy, travel consultancy, or overseas education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, email, and online application systems.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
