Role Overview

We are looking for a hybrid Videographer & AI Video Editor who can capture high-quality live footage on location and leverage advanced AI tools during post-production to produce high-performing video content at scale. The ideal candidate knows how to handle cinema/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear, but relies heavily on Generative AI, automated workflows, and AI video suites to cut editing time by 50–70%, enhance visual storytelling, and maximize output across platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. In office Videography & Production

- Set up and operate mirrorless/cinema cameras, lighting rigs, wireless lapel/shotgun mics, and gimbals.
- Direct talent or team members on-camera to ensure natural, high-energy framing.
- Capture high-bitrate, flat-profile (Log) raw video footage, B-roll, and multi-angle setups.

1. AI-Driven Post-Production & Editing

- AI Tool Integration: Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to generate missing B-roll, custom animations, visual assets, and voiceovers.
- Automated Editing: Leverage AI text-based editing software (e.g., Descript, Adobe Premiere AI, Wisecut) to instantly cut silence, remove filler words, and generate rough cuts.
- Generative Enhancements: Apply AI audio enhancement, noise reduction,



frame interpolation, dynamic upscaling, and auto-reframing for vertical/horizontal formats.
- Captions & Motion Graphics: Generate hyper-engaging, stylized auto-captions and motion graphics using AI caption engines (e.g., CapCut Pro, Opus Clip, Submagic).
- Repurposing at Scale: Use AI clip generators to automatically identify high-performing hooks from long-form videos and slice them into short-form Reels/Shorts/TikToks.

Core Software & NLEs
- Mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with After Effects for custom motion overlays.

MUST-HAVE: AI Tool Proficiency

- AI Editing Suites: Adobe Premiere Pro (Sensei/Generative Fill), Descript, CapCut Pro.
- Generative Video & Image: Runway ML (Gen-2/Gen-3), Sora, Veo, Pika Labs, Midjourney.
- AI Audio & Voice: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast AI, Topaz Video AI.
- AI Prompting: Demonstrated skill in writing structured text-to-video and text-to-image prompts to achieve consistent visual styles.

Qualifications

- Portfolio Required: Must show both original camera shot quality AND AI-assisted/edited video samples.
- 1–3+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Deep understanding of social media hook mechanics, pacing, visual transitions, and watch-time retention.
- Self-starter who actively stays ahead of emerging weekly AI video tools and plugins.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
