About the Role
Royal China is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain premium dining standards and ensure exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service.
* Supervise, train and motivate front-of-house staff.
* Maintain excellent guest relations and handle customer feedback.
* Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Monitor staff grooming, attendance and performance.
* Oversee inventory, billing, POS operations and daily reporting.
* Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and operational standards.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and financial targets. Qualifications & Experience
* Mandatory: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management,



Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant operations or food and beverage service.
* Previous experience in premium dining, fine dining or a reputed hotel preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene.
* Proficiency in English and familiarity with POS systems.
* Professional grooming and presentation. Salary & Benefits ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Growth opportunities opportunities within an established premium dining brand.
