Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing daily construction and interior fit-out activities at project locations. This role includes monitoring work progress, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams, and ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely. The Site Supervisor will manage site resources, track materials, maintain work schedules, and report on project status to senior designers and project managers. Responsibilities also include enforcing quality standards, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local building guidelines. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and consistent presence on site to keep work running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications




• Proven experience in site supervision for architectural and/or interior design projects, including oversight of daily construction activities.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, drawings, and technical specifications, with the ability to interpret and implement design plans on site.
• Skills in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, and managing schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, local building regulations, and quality control procedures on construction sites.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on timely project delivery.
• Proficiency in basic project reporting tools; familiarity with project management or construction management software is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience working in or with architectural firms is beneficial, especially on residential and commercial interior projects.
