About the Role
We're looking for an Outreach Assistant to keep a steady flow of creators coming into our recruiter's calendar. You'll build lists, send approved messages, follow up and track everything.

Key Responsibilities
• Build lists of creators and channel owners on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram and Discord
• Send outreach messages every day from approved scripts
• Follow up and book calls into the recruiter's calendar
• Keep an accurate tracking sheet with daily numbers
• Report replies and objections to the recruiter each week Qualifications
• 1+ year of outreach experience (DMs, email or calls)
• Can share your daily volume and reply rate
• Experience with outreach tools and spreadsheets
• Comfortable using AI tools for lists and drafts




• Clear written English Preferred
• Experience with creator or influencer outreach
• Experience with crypto or finance audiences Compensation and Benefits
• ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, fixed salary, based on experience
• A small bonus for every creator who posts
