Role Description The International Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This position focuses on identifying and developing new international markets, building and nurturing relationships with global clients, and driving export sales of polyester straps and packaging solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, qualifying and managing leads, preparing commercial proposals, coordinating negotiations, and supporting contract closures. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and customer service, monitoring competitor activity, and maintaining accurate records of business development activities in CRM or similar tools.



The executive is expected to represent the company professionally in international communications, trade inquiries, and industry events as required. Qualifications
• Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business, with the ability to expand and manage global customer portfolios.
• Proficiency in Market Research for identifying opportunities, assessing competition, and understanding regulatory and trade environments.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for international clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Generation capabilities, with experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, exports, or packaging/industrial products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in export management are an advantage.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS, export documentation, and international trade compliance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple projects, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools; proficiency in additional languages beyond English is a plus.
