Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Instructor who can conduct engaging demo classes for students visiting our offline training center and deliver practical technical training to enrolled students. The primary responsibility is to conduct effective demo classes, ensure students understand the concepts and are satisfied with the session, and support the admissions team in converting walk-in enquiries into enrollments. Once regular batches commence, the instructor will also be responsible for conducting daily technical classes and supporting students throughout their learning journey. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Demo Classes & Enrollment Support — Primary Responsibility
• Conduct engaging Python Full Stack demo classes for students visiting the office.
• Explain the course curriculum, technologies, practical learning approach, and expected learning outcomes.
• Demonstrate coding concepts through live coding and practical examples.




• Understand students' technical backgrounds and answer their questions.
• Ensure students have a positive, informative, and satisfying demo experience.
• Build student confidence through clear explanations and effective teaching.
• Coordinate with the Academic Counselor and Admissions Team after demo sessions.
• Support walk-in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion by demonstrating the quality of the training program. 2. Daily Classroom Training
• Conduct regular technical classes once batches commence.
• Teach Python Full Stack Development from fundamentals to advanced concepts.
• Deliver practical coding sessions, exercises, assignments, and demonstrations.
• Resolve student doubts and monitor learning progress.
• Guide students through mini-projects and major projects. 3. Technical Training Responsibilities
• Teach Python programming, OOP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Cover backend development using Django or relevant Python frameworks.
• Teach REST APIs, database integration, Git/GitHub, and debugging.
• Guide students in developing full stack applications.
• Cover AI integration concepts where included in the assigned curriculum.
• Support technical assessments and interview preparation. 4. Student Coordination
• Maintain attendance, assignments, and project progress records.




• Encourage student participation and practical coding practice.
• Identify students who require additional support.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Academic Counselors, and management team. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Solid practical knowledge of Python Full Stack Development.
• Minimum 2 years of student training experience — mandatory.
• Excellent communication and classroom presentation skills.
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
• Ability to conduct engaging demo classes.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and immediate availability to join.

Working Hours
& Schedule Initial Phase — Before Batch Commencement
• Office timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Focus on walk-in demo classes, technical demonstrations, curriculum preparation, and training-center readiness. After Batch Commencement
• Office timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Conduct daily classes according to the assigned batch timetable.
• Continue supporting demo classes for prospective students as scheduled. Expected Batch Commencement: Within approximately 2 months. Immediate joining is required. Performance Expectations
