About the Role
Grid & Scale Studio is looking for a skilled and motivated MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our team for a project based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEPF BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model coordination. ?️

Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate MEPF BIM models across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines. ? Perform clash detection, identify coordination issues, and resolve clashes using Autodesk Navisworks. ? Develop, review, and coordinate MEPF models using Autodesk Revit. ? Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of building services. ? Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements. ? Participate in coordination meetings and communicate model-related issues and resolutions. ? Maintain BIM standards, model quality,



and coordination documentation throughout the project. ✅ Requirements ? 3–4 years of relevant experience in MEPF BIM coordination. ? Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. ? Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. ? Practical experience in clash detection, clash resolution, and multidisciplinary coordination. ? Ability to review technical drawings and identify coordination issues. ? Solid communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. ?
