Role Description The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees day-to-day operations at client locations or project sites, ensuring that branding, content, and marketing activities are executed according to Gigzar’s quality standards and client expectations. The Field Supervisor coordinates project timelines, assigns tasks, and monitors progress for on-ground teams, while maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, resolving operational issues, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and gathering feedback to improve service delivery. The role also involves documenting project activities,



preparing status reports, and supporting the implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications
• Strong operations and project supervision skills, including task allocation, time management, and on-site coordination.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with skills in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to interpret and uphold brand, content, and quality guidelines in on-ground execution.
• Competence in basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, project tracking tools) and familiarity with digital marketing or branding environments.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and maintain a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in field supervision, operations, events, or in office project management is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Bengaluru Area as required and work on-site with flexible schedules aligned to project needs.
