About the Role
This is a hands-on recruiting operations internship—not a data entry or general administrative role. You’ll learn how US staffing works, gain practical experience supporting active client requirements, and build skills in candidate sourcing, communication, and recruiting pipeline management. It’s a strong starting point for someone interested in talent acquisition, HR, or business operations. What You’ll Do:
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Maintain recruiting pipelines, candidate records, and trackers
• Research talent markets across telecommunications, IT, and title search
• Support senior recruiters with reporting, database management, and workflow improvements Who Should Apply:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
• A degree in MBA (HR or General Management), BBA, B.




Com, MCA, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, or Engineering
• Comfortable working during US business hours, with evening overlap in India
• Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate professionally with US-based teams
• Expected core overlap hours (IST): US schedule India overlap US daylight saving time 6:00 PM–10:00 PM US standard time 7:00 PM–11:00 PM What We’re Looking For
