Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves close collaboration with leadership and department heads to align HR practices with organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, developing and updating HR policies, and supporting workforce planning. The HR Manager will also design and implement training and development programs, coordinate compensation and benefits administration, and foster a positive, inclusive,



and engaging work environment. Additionally, the role involves handling employee queries, resolving workplace issues, and driving HR initiatives that enhance retention and organizational culture. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong skills in HR policy development, HR operations, documentation, and compliance with labor and employment regulations.
• Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives that support organizational goals.
• Proficiency in HRIS or other HR software tools, with solid organizational, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR role, preferably within the energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
