About the role
We run an automated content network. It publishes daily short-form videos and articles in several languages (Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and English) across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and sends the audience to our Telegram community. Most of the production is automated. You would be the person who keeps it running and makes it grow. You will take over daily operation of the network. You will watch what performs, fix what breaks, and help us scale from a handful of channels to many. What you’ll do
• Check the daily publishing runs across all channels and fix or report failures (a video didn’t upload, the wrong thumbnail, a bad voiceover).
• Listen to and watch each day’s output for quality: pronunciation, captions, thumbnails, titles and descriptions.
• Track views, subscribers, watch time and Telegram joins in our daily reports, and flag what is working and what isn’t.
• Help set up and launch new channels and accounts in new languages (profiles, links, playlists, scheduling).
• Run and review small tests, for example different hooks, thumbnails or posting times.
• Improve search and discovery: keywords, titles, descriptions and website posts.
• Moderate comments and community groups, and answer questions on Telegram.
• Keep simple documentation and checklists so the process runs the same every day. What we’re looking for




• Comfortable with YouTube Studio, Instagram and LinkedIn, and curious how their recommendation systems work.
• Strong eye for detail, since you will spot a mispronounced word or a wrong thumbnail.
• Clear written English. Fluency in Hindi, Arabic or Spanish is a solid plus.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards. You enjoy looking at numbers and finding the story in them.
• Self-directed and reliable with a daily routine, including checking in on weekends when needed.
• Interested in markets, trading or personal finance (you don’t need to be a trader). Nice to have
• Experience growing a YouTube or Instagram account, even a personal one.
• Basic video or thumbnail editing (Canva, CapCut).
• Familiarity with AI tools, or basic scripting or command-line skills. You will learn the rest.
• Some SEO or analytics knowledge (Search Console, YouTube Analytics). What you’ll gain
• Hands-on ownership of a real multi-channel, multilingual media operation, not a demo project.
• Experience with AI-assisted video production, analytics-led growth and audience funnels.
• A direct line to the founder and a clear growth path as the network expands.
• Measurable results you can show: views, subscribers and community growth that you drove.
