Role Description The Founder & CEO at EHBVS Solutions is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Tallada. This position is responsible for defining the organization’s vision, setting strategic priorities, and overseeing daily operations to ensure sustainable growth. The Founder & CEO will lead business development efforts, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior staff, making key financial and operational decisions, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role also involves establishing company policies,



representing the organization with external stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in founding, leading, or scaling an organization, with a strong track record of strategic planning and execution.
• Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and market opportunity analysis.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for sustainable growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Experience in operational management, process improvement, and establishing effective policies and procedures.
• Capacity to work on-site in Tallada and maintain a high level of engagement with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical decision-making, inclusive leadership, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
