Role Description The Marketing Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for leading the marketing team, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales objectives across Salecha Lifestyle’s eyewear brands. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, overseeing content and brand messaging, and analyzing campaign performance. The Marketing Team Lead will collaborate closely with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective market penetration. The role also involves mentoring team members,



optimizing workflows, and contributing to growth initiatives in both online and offline channels. Qualifications
• Strong team management and team leadership skills, with experience guiding and motivating cross-functional marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, or eyewear-related sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, manage campaigns, and interpret market and customer insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms; familiarity with branding and visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in office in a fast-paced environment within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
