Skills:
Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
• Explain courses, counsel prospects, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Follow up with leads and handle basic objections.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams.



Required Skills
• Robust verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with calling and target-based sales.
• Good listening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and CRM.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn. Important: This is a target-driven outbound sales role. Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions.
