Description

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer who can shoot and edit engaging digital content while also contributing to graphic design and AI-assisted creative work.

The role will primarily focus on short-form video editing, so strong proficiency in CapCut is significant. You should also be comfortable handling shoots, understanding visual composition and contributing to the overall creative output.

Responsibilities

- Edit reels, short-form videos and social media content
- Work extensively with CapCut for editing, transitions, text, effects, music and pacing
- Turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, polished content
- Handle videography for content shoots, campaigns and day-to-day social content
- Understand basic lighting, framing, camera movement and composition
- Assist with graphic design and social media creatives
- Work with references and creative directions to develop fresh content
- Experiment with AI tools for images, creatives and visual concepts
- Work closely with the content and marketing team from concept to final execution
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles and creative tools





What We’re Looking For

- Strong proficiency in CapCut and short-form video editing
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography and sound
- Comfortable shooting videos and handling basic videography independently
- Good visual sense and understanding of composition
- Interest and working knowledge in graphic design
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in using AI tools for creative production
- Ability to understand references and translate them into original content
- Comfortable experimenting with different creative styles

Ideal Candidate Someone who is very solid at video editing, especially CapCut, and is comfortable handling a camera and shooting content when required.

You don’t need to be an expert graphic designer, but you should have a good visual eye and an interest in developing across design, AI and broader content creation.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
