We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer to create video for Netstratum and its software products. You will make product explainers, software walkthroughs, launch videos, company videos, and reels and short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

This is a desk role. All work is done in software: editing, motion graphics, animation and screen-based product video. It does not involve filming or shooting. You will build videos from screen recordings, product UI, brand assets, stock footage, voiceover and music.

AI is central to this role. We want someone who uses AI tools every day to work faster, try more ideas and produce things a traditional editor could not make alone. You will combine AI generation with hands-on craft in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

You will work closely with the design,



marketing and product teams.

How you will use AI

- Generate and extend visuals, backgrounds, B-roll and motion clips with AI video and image tools.
- Create AI voiceovers, translations and dubbing so one video can reach several markets.
- Use AI for scripting, storyboarding and quick concept versions before full production.
- Speed up editing with AI: auto-captions, rough cuts, cleanup, upscaling and object removal.
- Turn one long video into many short clips for reels and social posts.
- Test new AI tools as they appear, and share what works with the team.

What you will do

- Edit and animate videos for product promotion, marketing campaigns, social media and company communications.
- Turn software products into clear, engaging video: animated UI walkthroughs, feature explainers, tutorials and demo videos built from screen recordings and Figma designs.
- Create reels and short-form videos that hold attention in the first few seconds.
- Design motion graphics, animated text, kinetic typography, transitions and visual effects in After Effects.
- Take a video from brief to final export: script and storyboard input, editing, animation, colour, sound and delivery.




- Work across multiple brands and products, and keep each one consistent with its brand guidelines.
- Clean up and balance audio: voiceover, music and sound effects.
- Keep project files, assets and templates organised so work can be reused.
- Take feedback well and deliver on agreed timelines.

Must have

- Strong hands-on skill in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AI video, image and voice tools (for example Runway, Google Veo, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs or similar), and the judgement to know when AI output is good enough to use.
- Motion graphics fundamentals: keyframe animation, easing, masking, compositing and timing.
- Ability to animate software UI and screen recordings into clean product videos.
- A good sense of pacing, visual storytelling and typography.
- Basic colour correction and audio editing.
- Working knowledge of export formats, codecs, frame rates and aspect ratios (MP4, MOV, H.264, H.265).
- Ability to turn a written brief into a finished video.
- Attention to detail, good communication and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- A showreel or portfolio of your own work.
