Banao Digital is a digital marketing and media company helping brands grow through creative content, strategic marketing, and digital solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and brand content.

- Create agile edits using transitions, effects, colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

- Work on cinematic videos, product shoots, brand films, and client campaigns.

- Add subtitles, text animations, background music, and visual effects wherever required.

- Collaborate with the content and graphic design teams to execute creative concepts.

- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, project briefs, and platform specifications.

- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.





- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and social media content styles.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–1.5 years of relevant video editing experience.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.

- Understanding of transitions, pacing, colour grading, audio synchronisation, and storytelling.

- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, short-form content, and digital marketing videos.

- Creative mindset with strong visualisation and attention to detail.

- Ability to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and work independently as well as in a team.

- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
